荷蘭式拍賣（Dutch auctions，正式名稱為Open descending-bid auctions），賣方由高往低喊價，過程中如有人願意購買，此價即為成交價。這種拍賣方式是起源於荷蘭的鬱金香拍賣而得名，台灣蔬果、魚肉批發市場也是採用這種拍賣方式，通常適用於有一定數量的商品拍賣。
